Is the Ab Circle Pro a Scam Or For Real?

The moment a new fitness machine hits the market and after it's bought by some people, the reviews start to pour in. Some are good and some are bad. Naturally, it's the percentage of good reviews which determine whether the product is really good or not.
The Ab Circle Pro also has its share of good and bad reviews. Some people speak highly of it while others go as far as say it's a scam. What is the truth?
The truth is that the Ab Circle Pro isn't a scam. However, as infomercials tend to do, the truth is slightly stretched and some people's expectation level may be too high for their own good. There is both good and bad in this machine. You need to determine whether it is good for you.

The Good
1. Just by having such a machine at your home, you may find yourself exercising more. If that's the case, then it may be worth having.
2. As some people report good results with it, you may also find yourself leaner after using this machine for a while.

The Bad
1. As with all abs machines, the Ab Circle pro has it's problems. It isn't suitable for people of all sizes and weight and it does tend to break.
2. As with all machines, some people find the Ab Circle more comfortable than others. It's a personal thing, even though many people will find the position you need to take to use this machine challenging if not outright uncomfortable.
3. Using an abs machine is never the entire process. You need to eat well and to exercise your entire body in order to really get lean. It's just the way our body works.
You need to ask yourself is the Ab Circle Pro worth the price of over $200. If so, get it. If not, I recommend trying a more comprehensive approach to fat loss and abs toning.
